This one is an oldie, but a goodie. I was bored one rainy day (a few years ago), after having recently watched Black Swan, and thought I'd take a portrait of my attempts at the makeup.

I had a blast shooting with Liz, even though it was probably one of the crappiest days I've seen in a while. It was so cold, and it rained ALL day, but we made the best of it! We basically flew by the seat of our pants, since had originally planned to do most of our shooting outside. All in all, Liz embodied the 50s vintage style perfectly, and we had a lot of fun!
Wardrobe: Elizabeth Vipperman's closet and Goodwill. Hair and makeup by Cheyenne McCarty . Thanks to The Coffee Club Cafe and SweetieFry for letting us shoot and being so nice!

I believe I got my start as an artist the moment I could walk and talk. My first memory of putting myself out there as an artist was performing ballet and tap at the age of 5. After that, I always remember enjoying drawing, photography, and just expressing my creativity in any way possible. In late 2009, I finally decided (after studying Art and Graphic Design) to make a move to Cleveland and study photography full time. I believe that making the move here to Cleveland and delving into the world of photography has been one of the best things I've done with my life. I found myself, made some of the most amazing lifelong friends, and was able to connect with so many other artists and photographers. My favorite thing to photograph is abandonment and decay. My favorite clients are high school seniors. I'd love to be a fashion photographer someday. I shoot mostly with my Nikon D300S, and occasionally my Nikon D90.
